Abstract

The article is devoted to the formation of key competences head teachers colleges. The structure, content and features of key competencies formation are disclosed. It was found that competence - knowledge and competence - the ability to solve problems. Unlike the term "qualification" competencies include other than purely professional knowledge and skills that characterize qualifications, qualities such as initiative, cooperation, ability to work in a group, communication skills, ability to learn, evaluate, think logically, select and use information. Established that the "key" competencies are rich. Competencies referred to as "key" when mastering them can solve various problems in everyday, professional or social life. They should learn to reach various important purposes and address different challenges in different situations. Project activity is a way to achieve the goal through detailed design problems, which should be completed very real, tangible practical, a regular result. The project involves several successive stages: the choice of theme and purpose of the project; nomination of original ideas and choose the best ideas; planning project activities, direct project implementation, project presentation, evaluation of the project and its activities there in. It is proved that the best course of key competencies formation are the design and research activities leaders of teacher training colleges.
