Abstract

In this article we analyzed components of the professional development of methodological serveces in the dialectical unity of ontological, epistemological, axiological, and praxis subsystems. Analysis of scientific sources of organization of increasing qualification in the system of formal postgraduate education of the mentioned category of pedagogical staff has witnessed existence of objective contradictions that need to be resolved. The results of the survey of methodists have shown that increase in pedagogical experience shows a decrease in motivation to professional development. The components of professional development of methodist services in the system of formal postgraduate education are determined: creation of professionally oriented learning environment, professional competence of teachers and institutions of formal postgraduate education and readiness of methodists to professional development. It is substantiated through the position of the andragogical approach, that professional competence of teachers of institutions of the formal postgraduate education is an important component in terms of increasing qualification courses that determines motivation of the staff of methodist services to professional development. It has been established that professional development of methodist services in the system of formal postgraduate education is determined by professionally oriented educational environment of institutions of postgraduate education, professional competence of teachers of formal adult education and readiness of methodists to professional development. We established the renovation and upgrade is needed for the forms of postgraduate education of teachers considering requirements of international standards of training competitive pedagogical specialists in the terms of continuous education.
