Abstract
The article is devoted to the learning of basic approaches to the concept «personal potential» of the individual. Disclosed the value of personal potential of manager and his role in overcoming the crisis of the head of secondary educational institutions. The author substantiates the model of personal potential of overcoming of the professional crisis of the secondary schools heads. The content and the structural components of the model are defined, their characteristics are given.
