Abstract
The authors pay attention to the formation of key competencies of pupils in terms of profile education in institutions of general secondary education. Solving the problems associated with the development of cultural and linguistic, moral and civic values in upper secondary school pupils directly depends on systemic, axiological, competence, activity, personally oriented and other approaches to the realization of educational process.
