Abstract

The article indicated by the criteria of periodization of the development of preschool education establishment systems of different types (the second half of the twentieth century - beginning of the XXI century): the purpose and specificity of functioning of CEI types (training, development, health saving infants and preschool age, CEI different types of structure (organizational the basic operation of CEI type or internal organization) and external environment (research and teaching institutions, education authorities), the internal environment (developing environment in the CEI, which provides conditions for the implementation of the objectives and the specific functioning of CEI type for infants and preschool children, CEI management of various types) in the context of certain A.
