Abstract

The article shows the current state of postgraduate pedagogical development in Ukraine. The most important pedagogical and psychological problems, which determines this process is revealed. The major trends and prospects of modernization this educational branch outlines in the context of the creation the New Ukrainian School. Social significance of postgraduate pedagogical education is growing in conditions of the creation the New Ukrainian School via trains teachers, high school lecturers and education leaders to effective professional activities in the context of educational reforms. The unique innovative pedagogical experience was accumulated, in institutions of postgraduate pedagogical education. The professional qualifications training system, retraining and professional growth of specialists of the educational branch on an anagogical basis is developed.
