Abstract

The review of the monograph of the chief researcher of the laboratory of tyflopedagogy of the Institute of Special Pedagogics of the National Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine, Vadim Volodymyrovych Kobylchenko, doctor of psychological sciences "Theoretical fundations of psychological and pedagogical support of primary school children with visual impairments" is presented.
