Abstract

Most important factors of personality's professional self-fulfillment are satisfaction of own professional activity and health. Also important factors are the satisfaction of own profession and work, the need of self-developed communication and organizational skills, professional self-efficacy, internal professional motivation. General measures to solve the major problems of support of personality's professional self-fulfillment should contribute to the development of of the above specialists' qualities and performance. Implementation of this support provides for two successive stages: general and personal.
