Abstract

The views of domestic and foreign scholars on the interpretation of terms related to transformations in education are outlined. These are the terms "reform", "reform", "reformation", "educational reform", "school reform", "innovation", "transformation", "modernization", "change". The relevance of these studies in the context of reforming the national education, its integration into the European and world educational spaces is emphasized.
