Abstract

The article deals with current issues of labor training and education in schools for children with visual disabilities, especially developmental and remedial principles of the educational process, creation of conditions for the development of cognitive processes, mental and subject-action. Didactic opportunities of employment training designed to create conditions for pupils with impaired cognitive processes and bring positive personality traits and mental and physical abilities, social and cultural development Contents of the employment of schooling for children with visual impairments have the same goals and objectives as a regular school, implemented on the basis of psychophysical features of this category of students, correcting deficiencies in the physical and sensorimotor development and the prevention of possible difficulties. Employment training in schools for children with visual impairments is intended to prepare students for socially useful work, modern living conditions. Students should acquire some knowledge and skills in the field of technical and service work. The purpose and the main task of the educational process at the lessons of labor training and service work is the development of the individual student with visual impairment due to the involvement of different types of available labor, learning about the properties of the materials available means of labor, the formation of a constructive approach to solving labor problems and mastering health and safety that will enable them to participate actively in modern society and in independent production and labor activities.
