Abstract

The article is sanctified to the important question in relation to requirements to personality of coach, that must answer the professional standards of coaching and must translate bases of professional coaching. It is marked that the world confessed quality of coaching is belonging of the program of studies in International Federation of Coaching (ICF). Underline, that coach of ICF bases the practice on the professional standards of ICF: base professional competenses and Ethic Code.
