Abstract

The methodological recommendations highlight the peculiarities of psychological and pedagogical preparation of the higher pedagogical schools future teacher. The conceptual principles of polycultural society functioning are defined. The theoretical analysis of policultural education is carried out. The aspects of the higher pedagogical schools teacher`s policultural competence are substantiated. For graduate students, post graduate students and teachers of higher pedagogical schools.
