Abstract

In the article presented essence concepts "gender prejudices", the features of that are analysed on a few levels. Gender prejudices are considered in activity of heads of general educational establishments, and also efficiency of introduction by them gender approach. The results of research of formed of gender competence are presented for the heads of general educational establishments. It is reasonable, that the gender inlightening is necessary for heads-teachers with the purpose of negative displays of gender stereotypes in relation to limitations of women and men in the different spheres of their vital functions.
