Abstract

The study deals with the analyze of the scientists experience of Baltic countries. It is shown that the assessment of teachers’ information and communication competence usually takes place in several conceptual areas: subject areas, which are divided as factors of the development of teachers’ information and communication competence and the use of ICT in professional activities, as well as certification of teachers in the field e-skills and the participation of teachers in different projects (national and international).
