Abstract
Views, ideas of scholars and educators of diaspora on concepts of ideal and educational ideal are presented in the article. The author studies education system formed by the representatives of the Ukrainian diaspora, peculiarities of educational ideas, conceptual theses and tasks formulated by the non-governmental youth organization SUM (Union of the Ukrainian Youth).
