Abstract

In theses generalized features of the development of the digital educational space of the educational institution of the XXI century, based on the formation of the personalities of the teacher and student, the IC-competence, the content of the educational space, the organization of the learning process using cloud services, Web 2.0, LMS and EER, taking into account the intensive technological development, which will allow to adjust both the organization of the educational process and form effective collective, select meaningful training lines, organize systematic and planned increase of teachers' IC-competence, introduce new technologies and training systems.
