Abstract
In the article was showed the results of the theoretical-empirical investigation about the psychological culture of education workers. Was showed the essence of this psychological phenomenon. It was proposed operationalization of the concept «psychological culture» through the paradigm of activity self-development. Was revealed its structure through the motivational, value-semantic, cognitive, behavioral (activity), reflexive components. Was consider the inner psychological preconditions of productive work in the development of psychological culture. It was painting the “psychological portrait” of educational worker with a high level of psychological culture.
