Abstract
The structural-functional model of management of personally-oriented development of academic giftedness of senior pupils is offered and the peculiarities of its realization are given in the conditions of application of such qualitative indicators of decision-making in the educational process as the main educational dominants and levels of aspirations. The method of establishing these indicators is expanded and the variability of the complexity of educational tasks depending on their values is substantiated, which leads to a compulsory positive effect and motivates senior pupils to improve the learning outcomes. A methodology for evaluating the model's compliance with special information criteria that is commonly used during their development, as well as a method for assessing the ability of the "average" teacher to implement the proposed algorithm for indicators of stereotypedness and logical complexity of actions is given. The methodical recommendations are intended for scientific staff, graduate students, doctoral students, scientific and pedagogical staff of universities, colleges, institutes of personnel training and other educational institutions of Ukraine.
