Abstract
The article deals with the psychological and pedagogical background of using informational technologies in the educational process. The grounds of psychological and pedagogical aspects following the educational process by using modern information technologies are shown. Also there is consideration of character and feature of influence of globalization and of informatively-communication technologies on development of the system of education of modern society.
