Abstract
Modernization of modern society places new tasks on the content and forms of out-of-school education in front of the education system. The transition to modern methods of teaching and education using the axiological approach requires updating the content of the educational process. The collective methodological manual includes non-school educational programs for different types and types of out-of-school educational institutions, developed on the basis of the axiological approach. In particular, educational programs for groups of social rehabilitation, artistic and aesthetic, decorative and applied, and humanitarian areas of extracurricular education are presented. Practical value is provided by methodical recommendations that will ensure the implementation of educational programs in the educational process of out-of-school educational institutions with the aim of effective formation of value orientations among pupils. The methodical manual is addressed to scientific and practical workers educational systems, pedagogical workers of out-of-school educational institutions, postgraduate students, and students.
