Abstract

This article explores the current state of juvenile delinquency. The historical and psychological foundations of occurrence of juvenile delinquency in domestic and foreign sources are analyzed. The nature and structure of matter deviation teens in today's society (social and psychological aspects) are viewed. Special attention is paid to the socio-psychological approach to developing the concept of adolescence. Elements of the definition of deviation, criteria and indicators of formation of social behavior and antisocial behaviour are established Particular attention is paid to finding and developing criteria for social behavior, the optimal set of methods of psychological diagnosis, which makes determining the level of its development, development program of the specified behavior and psychological definition of developed program’s efficiency. The practical results of psychological diagnosis deviation in sociological, psychological, social, educational, and medical and legal dimensions are analyzed. Close relationship of deviant behavior with the concept of norm of conduct, which are set by the society are driven.
