Abstract

Materials of the conference on the professional development of specialists in the adult education system. The subject of the discussion in the proposed materials was, first of all, the phenomenon of professional development of the educator, which is conditioned by modern reform processes in the Ukrainian public and educational space. Another set of questions relates to the very nature of formal, informal and informal education that professionals carry out such education. The relations of information technologies and professional development of a specialist are studied, attention is paid to the problems of psychological support of professional development of specialists in scientific research. For theorists and practitioners of adult education, employees of higher educational institutions, organizers of postgraduate pedagogical education, students of advanced training courses for teaching staff, heads of general educational institutions and institutions of general secondary education, methodological services of all levels, for everyone who is interested in modernization of the national formal and informal education of adults.
