Abstract

The collection, which was prepared for the tasks of the Intersectional Integrated Program "Nation's Health" for 2002-2011, presents a large range of common and little-known methods for diagnosing personal readiness for experiencing stressful situations and crisis situations, assessing the level of psychological "safety" of a child and an adult in stress and crisis situations, both personal and family. The attention is paid to the methods of studying the identity of a young person, the study of self-esteem, socio-psychological competence, coping behavior and other aspects of the psychology of personality, experiencing extreme life situations. For employees of the school psychological service, state social services for family, children and youth, as well as teachers, parents, all who are self-help in overcoming everyday stresses and crisis life situations.
