Abstract
Formation of spelling literacy of younger school students is carried out in the course of systematic purposeful work which covers various receptions and means, motivating educational activity of school students, encourage to observe and investigate the language phenomena providing formation of spelling skills induce to apply spelling abilities in the course of performance speech creative tasks, to carry out self-examination and mutual testing of written works and to perform correction of mistakes.
