Abstract

The monograph reveals the methodological principles of the functioning of the educational district as an open pedagogical system, and deepens the theory of modeling of the educational district, based on the principles of integration and interaction. The submitted materials reveal the trends in educational districts functioning within the network of secondary education, define methodological approaches to the design of new structures and present the component analysis of the educational district model, including organizational, administrative, didactic, methodical, value, etc .; the program for implementing of the educational district model and other methodological materials for practical use are developed. A detailed description of the variational models of educational districts introduced in pedagogical practice is presented, and relevant results are presented to confirm their effectiveness. Scientific theoretical developments, applied research, outlined in the monograph is intended for researchers, heads of departments of education, directors of secondary schools, practical teachers for implementing of new ideas, developing theories, designing models and programs aimed at improving of conditions for the functioning of educational districts, institutions of general secondary education in rural areas and their further development.
