Abstract

The dissertation theoretically grounds pedagogical conditions of skilled workers social and legal competence in vocational schools while they are traibed; the model of socio-legal competence of skilled workers, consisting of four interconnected blocks (target, organizational, semantic, operational and active, effective); the technique with appropriate teaching methods (for example occupations «Painter; Bricklayer-tilesetter» «Painter, plasterer») via its testing experimentally that confirmes the efficiency of the proposed model and pedagogical conditions.
