Abstract

Different approaches to the concept of the professional direction of the educators personality are considered in this article. Components and constituents of the personality's orientation are described. Data of the experiment which reveals value of the certain aspects of educator's activity (inclination to the organizing activity, focusing on the subject), their demand of communication and appreciation as well as well as the value of intelligence in their behavior is also provided.
