Abstract
The priority of research of regularity and specificity of the phenomenon “organizational culture” have been argued. Its main feature is stated to be the ability of pedagogical staff to functional influence on the process of organizational development and personality development in the sphere of education in the context of the creation of new approaches to modern school administration.
