Abstract

The purpose of the article is to determine and analyze the features of the professional competence development of higher education teachers in conditions of formal and non-formal education. The conditions of the professional competence development of higher education teachers in the process of the formal and non-formal education in our country is determined by the national education policy, historical, national, social, economic, and cultural factors. An important feature, in our opinion, is a socio-cultural and educational cooperation in the professional competence development of higher education teachers in terms of both formal and informal education.
