Abstract

The analysis of modern approaches to the definition of the process of adaptation of the personality as an integrated concept present in this article. Define the concept of resources of the individual that influence the success of vocational and personal adjustment and act as determinants of the choice of productive strategies of response. The relationship of resources and efficiency of the adaptation process in a period of change are tracked here. This analysis gives reason to emphasize the necessity of application of socio-psychological methods of personality support in a situation of life changes.
