Abstract

The study highlights promising practices and rational use of information and communication technologies in the system of postgraduate education of developed countries from different continents: USA, New Zealand, Canada, Germany, Great Britain, Sweden, Poland, China, Russia – and singled out the main trends of foreign progress of computer-oriented learning environment of an institute of postgraduate pedagogical educational.
