Abstract
The program includes a comprehensive system of training of special skills, focused on the formation of blind students compensatory ways of working simultaneously with correction of the primary and secondary variations in development in order to achieve optimal integration in modern conditions of life. The program is built on the concentric principle, which envisages an increase in the volume and complexity of content material in each class taking into account age and psychological characteristics of the development of blind children. The program provides a scientific, systematic and the sequence of formation of students ' knowledge and skills has a practical orientation. Its content is oriented to the mastery in a certain sequence of sensory, mental and practical operations, techniques, action that is the basis for the formation of social competencies in children with profound visual impairment.
