Abstract

The scientific development presents conceptual basis of psychological and educational competitive specialist training in terms of postgraduate teaching education (on a sample of teaching staff). actuality research topic, assumptions, object, object, goals, objectives study, conceptual ideas, conceptual apparatus of theoretical and major methodological approaches to the study. The essence and main components concepts, trends psychological and pedagogical training of scientific and pedagogical workers. Systematized and developed the basic psychological approaches to content competitive professional teacher training in terms of postgraduate Teacher Education.
