Abstract

The article discovers organizational and substantive characteristics of differentation as a form of realization of the individualization of learning principle in school policies of the Tsarism. Statistic data about quality of zemski schools of 1910 year for imaginary about different-typed structure of school education in Ukraine are given. Factors which influenced the context of education are found out.
