Abstract
In this book for the first time in the field of scientific and methodological support of training of young people to science and technical professions are solved by the three main tasks of vocational guidance: 1. Multilateral psychodiagnostic study of personality. 2. A comparison of the psychological structures of the personality and psycho-physiological requirements of the scientific and technical professions. 3. Development (not just diagnosis) of the professionally important psychological structures.
