Abstract

The article describes the role of system-competence approach in the system of postgraduate education. Show the continuity between the formation of competencies at various levels of education. The interrelation the concepts of "competence" and "professionalism". Grounded set of competencies that form and professionalism should develop in teachers in postgraduate education. Thesis there is determined milestones, and technology professional development and professional competence of teachers in the system of postgraduate education.
