Abstract

The article analyzes the issues of the use of certain elements of media education technologies in the educational process of higher school. In particular analyzed media technology "Free to Choose". Specific analysis of periodicals in practice, the selection of the news media, viewing and discussion of films. Determine the cause of the necessity of implementation of media education in the educational process of higher school. Analyse the main provisions of the Concept of media education in Ukraine. Considered open systems to create online courses training in the pedagogy of higher education. Analyzed their characteristics and functionality. The generalized structure of the process of acquisition of knowledge and practical skills of students of higher educational institutions for guidance in the information flow of the present: searching, learning, applying the necessary information
