Abstract

Scientific-methodical manual if the first attempt to generalize modern attitudes to the organization of improvement qualification for pedagogical, scientific-pedagogical and managing staff in the system of postgraduate pedagogical education and substantiate new ones. Main attention is given to questions of innovative development of postgraduate pedagogical education, substantiation of scientific base of improvement of qualification for managing, pedagogical, scientific-pedagogical staff; conceptual attitudes to forming innovative environment in postgraduate pedagogical education institutions. Possibilities of transformation of European experience in educational reforms of higher school in national system of PPE are uncovered. The contents of manual reflect modern model of organization training for students on courses for improvement of qualification in conditions of social-economical and general cultural changes; allow to master technologies of curricula planning, administrative activity, methodic of assessment results of study in the context of andragogy measuring. The manual is recommended to professionals, scientific-pedagogical staff and managers working in the system of postgraduate education, young scientists, representatives of state management institutions of education and those who is keen on the problems of adults’ education.
