Abstract
Scientific-methodical base of forming psychological competency of managers of educational institutions is substantiated in the manual, its sense, basic tendencies and indices of psychological competencies of managers are defined, model of forming of psychological competencies of managers of educational organizations is elaborated; possibilities of its realization in the system of post graduate pedagogical education for managers of educational institutions is substantiated. Scientific-methodical manual is intended for managers of educational institutions, postgraduate pedagogical education staff, psychologists who work in the system of education, Scientists who research psychological problems of improving post graduate pedagogical education management effectiveness and forming of psychological competency of professionals.
