Abstract
The article reveals significance of prognostic knowledge during developing and making strategic management decisions and reducing the level of uncertainty that exists in almost every management situation; presents thematic plan of lectures concerning normative discipline "Pedagogical prognostication in management" for students majoring in 8.18010020 - "Management of educational establishment".
