Abstract

Monograph uncovers modern tendencies of educational institutions management, substantiates methodological peculiarities of managing competence oriented postgraduates of pedagogical higher school. Model of managing formation of professional competence of future teachers is given in the work and the possibilities of its realization in the higher educational institution are uncovered. Conditions and means of effectiveness of competence oriented managing of pedagogical higher school postgraduates professional training are distinguished and characterized. Monograph is intended for scientists, managers and scientific –pedagogical staff of higher educational institutions.
