Abstract
Reveals the psychological aspects of the management activities of the individual, the concept is analyzed and specific psychological and pedagogical skills of teachers, its components as personal abilities of the teacher. The experimental data on the implementation of the monitoring system of personal development of students using the indicators of spiritual, intellectual, emotional and volitional and physical spheres of life. Examines the role of teachers and the implementation of management functions in the personal development of pupils.
