Abstract
Achieving now sufficient level of competitiveness in the foreign and domestic markets requires highly skilled personnel. Improved training of enabling adoption of new technologies to improve the quality of products manufactured by the company and its integration into the world economy. Unfortunately, in Ukraine, most enterprises do not consider training its personnel necessary condition for economic development or personal experience significant difficulties in its implementation. Therefore, there is a real need to develop new approaches to intra-professional training through research and use of advanced ideas of international experience that would greatly help the choice of forms and methods of implementation.
