Abstract
In the article the role and value of adult education in a context of globalization are described; problems and prospects of the adult education development on the basis of foreign experience analysis are defined and analyzed: granting's of equal access to education to adult person and expansion of its educational possibilities, mechanisms development of nonformal and informal education results recognition, preparation of androgogical personnel, etc.
