Abstract
The theoretical approaches to process of formation of the person of the future professional, in particular, of his spiritual world are considered. The review of philosophical and psychological performances about spirit and spirituality is carried out, the psychological contents of concept of spiritual development of the person is opened. From philosophical and psychological positions the role function of ideals of beauty, goods and true in development spirituality of the future professional is analysed, the psychological and pedagogical conditions of development and realisation of spiritual potential of modern youth are shined.
