Abstract

The article is devoted to the problem of finding the optimal conception of pedagogical education, in which important role is assigned to training a teacher as a creative personality, an active transduser of reality, a carrier of cultural values and humanitarian priorities. The attention is focused that the updated pedagogical education shouldn't be limited to traditional subject preparation and bringing of set of scientific recommendations but should take into account future teacher's individual position who will constantly construct pedagogical action, adequate given the situation and his own abilities.
