Abstract

The author demonstrates of need for change in the education of Ukraine. In particular: identification of new method training, redefining the functions of educational process in the context of globalization, transformacing an authoritarian pedagogics into democratic, formation of students' ability to learn throughout life, direct them to the universal values, development and use of modern information technologies, the maximum approach of training and education of everyhis child of individuality, talents and personal interests.
