Abstract

The article deals with the problems of cruelty and violence among adolescents, as one of the most actual problems facing the contemporary leaders of general educational institutions and requires emergency solution. The experience on this issue in the European countries is analyzed, statistical data are shown, the development of a lesson as one of the elements of the training managers of the education system is represented.
