Abstract

The article reveals the problems of implementation in Ukraine of external evaluation of educational achievements of graduates of secondary schools in the context of a na-tional system for monitoring the quality of education. Focuses on the differences in these systems and revealed the importance of a comprehensive independent evalua-tion of results of development of the education system for effective education policy and management education.
