Abstract

The place of professional information in the content of the academic program and, correspondingly, in the textbook content was demonstrated. The peculiarities of the construction of the first chapter of the «Culinary the 11th Grade» textbook as well as its importance in the aspect of the professional information and the youth’s further professional self-development were described. The following conclusion was made: the integration of the professional orientation component in the content of the textbooks which cover Technologies educational branch is expedient.
